Our Challenge

SanDisk, a Western Digital brand, is a flash storage manufacturer company. SanDisk had a manual internal process for business planning which included using multiple spreadsheets to forecast the future market trends. They wanted to automate this process to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Our Work

We developed an online web portal that replaced all the spreadsheets and made the forecasting process easier and efficient. The system allowed users to store different versions of the forecast analysis and run “what-if” scenarios.
