We are looking for a Sr. System Analysts with a combination of programming and business analysis and technical lead experience. 
Our team is working on a project with one of the major Automotive OEM and we need sharp individuals who can be liaison between business users and technical development team. 

Responsibilities:

> Understand the existing process logic by interviewing internal business users.
> Communicate and support external clients by providing issue resolutions 
> Document user requirements and explain those to developers
> Work with technical team to understand SQL and/or .net code 
> Be able to explain the process flow and data flow of the applications 
> Create technical guidance to achieve optimum results 
> Execute testing of new features 
> Help execute the release cycle management

Education:

> Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Experience:

> Direct Client Communication
> Team Collaboration and Positive Attitude
> 5+ years of experience in the software development industry only
> T-SQL, C#.Net, Unit Testing
> Being able to design new Algorithms and follow Data Structure
> Able to understand Stored Procedures and Triggers
> Able to understand good programming practice v/s bad programming practice
> Able to create design docs, technical documentations

This can be full-time hire or contract to hire based on candidate skills and abilities.
